Ingredients:
1. Red Chilli
2. Salt
3. Garlic
4. Cumin Seed
5. Ginger
6. Turmeric
7. Carom Seed
Steps of Cooking:
1. Fry: Fry onion in oil until golden brown.
2. Add curry leaves, garlic paste, yogurt and National Fish Masala Recipe Mix and fry for 8-10 minutes.
3. Add washed fish pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Do not stir frequently.
4. Add water and cook on high flame until the gravy boils.
5. Delicious National Fish Curry is ready. Serve with boiled rice/naans.
