Steamer: Put the appropriate amount of water into the steamer and heat it up. With boiling water, add 4-5 frozen dumplings and steam for about 8 minutes. Pan: Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat. Add 4-5 frozen dumplings and fry in hot oil for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
