National Shahi Daal Recipe Mix is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook lentils curry with ease.
Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Red Chilli
3. Garlic
4. Ginger
5. Rice Starch
6. Cumin Seed
7. Coriander
8. Turmeric
9. Asafetida
10. Citric Acid
11. Fenugreek Seed
12. Mustard Seed
13. Nigella Seed
14. Glucose
15. Black Pepper
16. Monosodium Glutamate
Steps of Cooking:
1. Soak tamarind in 1 ½ cups of warm water for 15-20 minutes. Strain out the juice. Keep aside.
2. Wash daal and boil it with onion in 2 ½ cups of water.
3. When daal is tender, add National Shahi Daal Recipe Mix and blend thoroughly with a wooden spoon or in a blender.
4. Add tamarind juice, curry leaves and green chillies. Then cook until green chillies are tender.
5. Heat oil and fry all the sizzle ingredients until reddish brown. Then pour onto the daal.
6. Delicious Shahi Daal is ready. Serve with National Mixed Pickle.
