Ingredients:

1. Salt

2. Red Chilli

3. Cumin Seed

4. Black Pepper

5. Nutmeg

6. Hairy Cucumber

7. Green Chilli

8. Monosodium Glutamate

9. Turmeric

10. Mace

11. Citric Acid

12. Paprika

Steps of Cooking:

1. Make shallow cuts on chicken pieces.

2. Mix all of the above s (except oil) and marinate for 3-4 hours.

3. Arrange tikkas on skewers and grill on low charcoal/gas fire or bake in an oven.

4. In the end brush the tikkas with oil and grill till meat is tender.

5. Delicious Chicken Tikka is ready. Serve with salad and chutney.
