Dumpling (gyoza dumpling) filled with tofu and vegetables. The product is formed, cooked and shock frozen. The product is intended to be heated before consumption.
Vegetables (53.8%) [cabbage, carrots, onions, scallions, chives], wheat flour, water, tofu (4%) [soybeans, water, firming agent: Magnesium chloride], tapioca starch, sugar, glass noodles [pea starch, corn starch, water, mung bean starch], pea flour, yeast extract, soy sauce [water, soybeans, wheat, salt], sesame oil, salt, corn starch, wheat gluten, garlic, canola oil, black pepper powder.

Fryer: Heat the oil to 180°C. Carefully add 7-8 frozen dumplings and fry them for about 3 minutes until they are golden brown. Frying pan: Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat. Add 7-8 frozen dumplings to the pan and fry them for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
