1. Salt
2. Corn Powder
3. Red Chilli
4. Coriander
5. Pomegranate Seed
6. Cumin Seed
7. Ginger
8. Black Pepper
9. Rice Starch
10. Garlic
11. Cinnamon
12. Citric Acid
13. Nutmeg
14. Monosodium Glutamate
15. Carom Seed
Steps of Cooking:
1. Mix all ingredients (except oil) in minced meat and keep aside for 30 minutes.
2. Grease hands with a little oil and make thin flat kababs.
3. In a frying pan heat a little oil and fry kababs on low flame till golden brown from both sides.
4. Delicious National Chapli Kababs are ready. Serve with chutney and salad.
