National Dehli Nihari Recipe Mix is a top Asian favorite spicy curry, specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with ease.

Ingredients:

1. Salt

2. Red Chilli

3. Aniseed

4. Cumin Seed

5. Star Aniseed

6. Ginger

7. Bay Leaf

8. Black Pepper

9. Cardamom

Steps of Cooking:

1. In a large pot, heat ½ cup of oil, add meat and National Delhi Nihari Recipe Mix.

2. Fry for a few minutes until oil separates from gravy.

3. Add 18 cups or 3 ½ liters of water and bones (Use 8 cups of water for chicken).

4. Stir and bring to boil. Cover and cook undisturbed on low heat. (Cooking time for Beef: 6 hours, Mutton: 4 hours, Chicken: 30 minutes). Remove bones, collect marrow and discard bones. Add marrow to the gravy. Dissolve flour in 2 cups of water and add in gravy gradually with continuous stirring. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes.

5. Heat remaining oil in another pan and add sliced onion.

6. Stir fry until golden and add into Nihari.

7. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

8. Delicious National Delhi Nihari is ready. Garnish with green chillies, fresh ginger julienne, lime and serve with hot naans.
