Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Hairy Cucumber
3. Cumin Seed
4. Ginger
5. Monosodium Glutamate
6. Coriander
7. Garlic
8. Black Pepper
9. White Pepper
10. Red Chilli
11. Rice Starch
Steps of Cooking:
1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Grease an oven proof dish, place marinated chicken and bake in a preheated oven on 180º C for 15-20 minutes.
3. Give smoke with a piece of burning charcoal or arrange the chicken pieces on skewers and grill on low charcoal/gas fire.
4. Serve: Delicious Malai Tikka is ready. Serve with chapati or paratha, chutney and salad.
