National White Karahi Recipe Mix is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious chicken in white curry sauce with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.
Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Ginger
3. Cumin Seed
4. Rice Starch
5. Green Chilli
6. Cardamom
7. Coriander
8. Garlic
9. Nutmeg
10. Fenugreek Leaf
11. White Pepper
12. Black Pepper
13. Citric Acid
Steps of Cooking:
1. Heat oil, add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
2. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add National White Karahi Recipe Mix and yogurt, cover the lid and cook on low heat until the meat is tender (Add water if needed).
4. Add ginger julienne and green chillies and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Delicious White Karahi is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
6. Serve with naan or taftan.
